Afterschool Enrichment Program

At OptionZero, we go beyond traditional after-school programs—our community-driven initiative is designed to empower the next generation by fostering social, emotional, and physical development.

We are committed to hiring locally, ensuring our staff reflect the diversity of the students we serve. This culturally responsive approach allows us to build stronger relationships and provide meaningful mentorship.

Our holistic approach nurtures the whole child—mind, body, and spirit—preparing them to navigate life’s challenges with confidence and creativity.

Our after-school program is a safe, structured, and supportive space for students who need extra help beyond the classroom. We provide academic tutoring, homework support, and skill-building activities that empower students to stay on track and gain confidence in their learning. This isn’t just about grades—it’s about growth. In addition to academic support, students build essential life skills through mentorship, goal setting, and real-world conversations designed to foster emotional intelligence and personal development. We hire locally, ensuring our staff reflect the communities we serve. That means students are supported by relatable mentors who understand their world, creating a culturally responsive environment that meets them where they are. We’re here to uplift, encourage, and equip the next generation—one student at a time.


Summer Program

📅 July 1 – August 1

Summer Program 2025. This July, OptionZero is launching Champs In Training—a summer program built to inspire, engage, and empower youth ages 8–14. Running Monday through Thursday, 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM, from July 1 to August 1, the program combines fitness-themed games, team-building challenges, field trips, guest speaker sessions, and personal development workshops. Campers receive breakfast and lunch daily, a camp t-shirt and backpack, and transportation on field trip days. Space is limited to 20 participants, with priority registration given to current OptionZero members. More than a camp—this is training for life.

This in-school program focuses on building a safer, more respectful community inside our schools. Integrated into the school day in collaboration with local educators, it teaches students conflict resolution, social-emotional learning, and de-escalation techniques. By equipping young people with these tools, we aim to reduce conflicts and disciplinary incidents, fostering a positive school climate where students feel supported and safe.

Competitive Boxing Program

Competitive Boxing Program

Our boxing program is designed for athletes of all skill levels, offering a structured environment to train, compete, and grow. Whether preparing for amateur competitions or national tournaments, we provide elite-level coaching and mentorship to help participants achieve their full potential.


Teens (11-17)

A competitive program for teens to develop discipline, confidence, and boxing technique alongside peers. We combine rigorous training with mentorship, helping young athletes grow both in and out of the ring.

Adults (18+)

High-intensity boxing training and sparring sessions for adults looking to hone their skills, improve fitness, and compete. Join a team of dedicated adult boxers and challenge yourself in a motivating environment.

Kids (6-10)

New! Fun, fundamentals-focused boxing classes for our youngest fighters (baby sharks). Kids learn basic techniques, footwork, and teamwork in a playful setting. (This new class is popular – spaces are limited.) Call to Action: Parents, add your child to the waitlist today to reserve a spot in our new Kids’ Boxing class! We’ll let you know as soon as a place opens up so your little one can start their boxing journey.

EveryBODY: Rhythm & Fit (Dance Fitness)

A high-energy, Afro-Caribbean-inspired dance fitness class that gets every body moving. Dance to vibrant rhythms, break a sweat, and have a blast – no dance experience needed! This class is all about inclusivity, joy, and community. Come shake off stress, burn calories, and feel the rhythm with us.
