Fitness & Dance for Elderly and Special Needs

Update: New Morning Fitness & Dance for Elderly and Special Needs. We’re excited to announce the launch of morning fitness and dance classes designed exclusively for elderly adults and individuals with special needs. These sessions focus on movement, confidence, and fun in a supportive and inclusive environment. This is a chance to bring family members, neighbors, and loved ones into a program that prioritizes both physical and emotional well-being. Champs in Training Summer Camp

Update: Summer Plans? OptionZero will offer a summer camp for kids 8yrs to 14yrs. The Summer Camp runs July 1st - August 1st to the first 20 students that sign up. Registration begin May 5th
New Classes at OptionZero
Date: April 25, 2025
Update: New Class alert, OptionZero is launching a female dance class, everyBODY: Rhythm and Fitness. Classes will be held Saturday and Sunday at OptionZero. LINK for more details and registration.
Boxing Competition

Update: OptionZero host it’s first Boxing Competition June 7th in Destiny USA.
We’re Moving to Destiny USA!

Update: Exciting news! OptionZero is relocating to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility inside Destiny USA—New York State’s largest mall. This move allows us to expand our programs, increase accessibility, and create even more opportunities for the community to get involved. Stay tuned for more details on our grand opening!
Fun Fridays
